This researcher has been unable to find any further details on Joseph C. Webb. Our Webb Kin of Dixie says he was a Col in the Confederate Army and that he moved to Texas(and possibly died there). However, there is a JC Webb enumerated with Henry Webb in the 1870 census of Demopolis, Marengo County AL. He is the appropriate age.
