Story

He married Eva Thomas Furman (1848-1922). According to Find a Grave, they were the parents of three children Edwin L. Brown Jr. (1879-1932); Eva Furman Brown (ca. 1882-ca. 1933) [the dates of her birth and death on her tombstone and Find a Grave are not the same thus circa was used]; and Charlie B. Brown (1889-1910). However, in Ancestry.com and the 1920 US Federal Census, another son Hugh C. Brown is listed (b. ca. 1886). In the 1910 US Federal Census Edwin Louis Brown Sr.'s sister Laura H. Brown (1840-1915) was living with him and his family [1] [2].
