Anne McNeill and her husband, Angus McDiarmid emigrated from Edinburgh, Scotland to the United States in 1793. Their son Benjamin Robinson, moved to Fayetteville, NC, USA in 1805 from Vermont and marriedEliza Pearce. Benjamin and Eliza Robinson were the parents of Henry Clay Robinson who married Catharine McDiarmid , a Burwell School Student [1].
