Benjamin Robinson, who moved to Fayetteville, NC, USA in 1805 from Vermont and married Eliza Pearce. Eliza and Benjamin Robinson were the parents of Henry Clay Robinson. Henry was the grandson of Anne McNeilll and Angus McDiarmid, who emigrated from Edinburgh, Scotland in 1793 [1].
