Julia Moore was the sister of Burwell School Students Mary Frances Moore  and Ann Eliza Moore .

Story

Julia moved with elder her sister Ann Moore Carrgan and her husband William M. Carrigan to Ozan, Arkansas, sometime between 1850 and 1860 and lived in their household. Ann died in 1861. When her bother-in-law William died in 1864, Julia inherited some of his property and was placed under to guardianship of his brother, Robert Carrigan.
