Mrs. Huske's School at Poplar Hill Plantation was a private co-educational school begun in 1863 by Burwell School alumna Annabella Giles Norwood Huske, widow of Benjamin Robinson Huske who before his death in the Civil War had run a school for boys in Hillsboroughh (1850-1861).
