Peter Francisco was  "an was an American patriot and soldier in the American Revolutionary War. The cover page of a 2006 issue of Military History suggested he may have been the greatest soldier in American history. General George Washington once said that Francisco's prowess directly enabled American victories in two battles, and said the war might have been lost without his participation."Accessed August 29, 2011 [1].
